The second edition of our International Workshop on University Rankings took place at the Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales
(CCHS) on the 21st of April 2009. For this meeting we counted with the participation of major editors from several university rankings, Victor Guerrero
from Scimago, Martijn Visser from the University of Leiden and Ben Sowter from THE-QS. The workshop was divided in two principal sessions and the slides presented
